CHA’s Rochester-based aviation design staff has worked with ROC Airport for the past 21 years. Throughout this partnership, CHA’s aviation team has been dedicated to improving the airport through a variety of engineering and architectural solutions. CHA has successfully assisted ROC in obtaining more than $110 million in Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) grants along with more than $35 million in New York State grants.

CHA Consulting is responsible for the projects taking place inside the ROC terminal: Passenger Security Checkpoint redesign, improvements to the food court and concourses, and implementation of smart-terminal technology. CHA is also engaged in a number of airfield capital improvement projects at ROC.
