Traffic & Pedestrian Pattern Updates  A road closure remains in effect for ALL lower level outer roadway traffic.  The Upper Level Departures roadway remains open at all times and may be used by family and friends picking up arriving passengers as an alternate option to the Lower Level Arrivals road.

Various entrances and exits to the terminal and related crosswalks are impacted by the progress of construction. Shuttle and RTS Bus Pick Up has moved to the west end of the arrivals roadway. Curbside pick-up and drop-off is impacted on both the lower level and upper level in various locations.  Way finding signage is posted on terminal roadways and throughout the terminal to assist passengers to ground transportation and parking facilities.

Security Update The passenger security checkpoint continues to operate as usual through the New Year Holiday.  Beginning January 15th, the existing passenger security checkpoint will be under construction and four checkpoint lanes will be operational in this location.  A secondary passenger security checkpoint - "Checkpoint A" will be temporarily operational during this time with two checkpoint lanes near the American Airlines ticketing counter during high volume travel periods.  Way finding signage and public notification will take place in the coming weeks.

Terminal Update Terminal entrance canopy site preparation continues between the parking garage and the terminal.  Construction continues for the planned relocation of the Hudson News Store in the food court.

Terminal/Security/Gate Update All Airline ticketing counters remain in their current locations from East to West: United Airlines, Air Canada, Southwest, Delta Air Lines, JetBlue, Allegiant & American Airlines.

Parking Update All parking lots remain open. The ROC Airport Smart Phone Lot is open and operating.  This lot is located on Airport Way - the first left hand turn as you approach the terminal from Brooks Avenue and is complete with a large flight information display screen.  To reduce roadway congestion family and friends picking up passengers are encouraged to use this lot.
