Traffic & Pedestrian Pattern Updates  Happy Holidays! A road closure remains in effect for ALL lower level outer roadway traffic. The road closure is posted and detour signs direct all vehicles that normally use this roadway to use an alternate traffic pattern during this time. The Upper Level Departures roadway remains open at all times and may be used by family and friends picking up arriving passengers as an alternate option to the Lower Level Arrivals road.

Various entrances and exits to the terminal and related crosswalks are impacted by the progress of construction. Curbside pick-up is impacted by the closed terminal sidewalk. Shuttle and RTS Bus Pick Up has moved to the west end of the arrivals roadway. Appropriate way finding signage is posted throughout the terminal to assist passengers to ground transportation locations and parking facilities.

Security Update The passenger security checkpoint continues to operate as usual through the New Year Holiday.  Beginning January 8th, the passenger security checkpoint will be under construction.  During this time, four checkpoint lanes will be operational.  A secondary passenger security checkpoint with two checkpoint lanes will be operational near the American Airlines ticketing counter during high volume travel periods to accommodate the flow of passengers.  Way finding signage and public notification will take place in the coming weeks.

Terminal Update Terminal entrance canopy site preparation continues between the parking garage and the terminal. Temporary construction walls have been installed in the baggage claim and ticketing lobby.  Baggage Claim #3 is out of service until further notice. Construction has commenced for the planned relocation of the Hudson News Store in the food court.

Terminal/Security/Gate Update Allegiant Airlines ticketing counter has moved to the west between JetBlue Airways and American Airlines.  Air Canada has moved to the east side of passenger lobby between United Airlines and Southwest.

Parking Update All parking lots remain open. The new ROC Airport Smart Phone Lot is open and operating.
